Bullying is common in our children's lives: at home, on the bus, in school, on the playground, at the park or at after-school programs.

Becoming an upstander is about moving from silence to action. Bystanders contribute to the problem. Upstanders stop the problem.

One of the best ways for parents and children to build self-esteem is to help children understand what healthy relationships between children can look like.

Children with learning disabilities, emotional, cognitive and physical disabilities are at a much higher risk of being bullied by their peers.

This activity promotes critical thinking, decision making, diversity of opinion and awareness of differences among participants. Parents can add to this list of statements.
